IMHO plymouth could have locked termios structure and therefore broken sulogin
in this case. In the meanwhile I've choosen a simlar solution as I had done for
SysVinit and blogs which is: Stop logging which was blogd / is plymouth.
Compare with the patch use-usr-sbin-sulogin-for-emergency-service.patch I've
done for systemd package as well as with the patches
agetty-fooled-on-serial-line-due-plymouth.patch and
sulogin-fooled-on-tty-line-due-plymouth.patch for util-linux.
