https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=333277 Summary: knetworkmanager: openvpn "closes" all network traffic Product: openSUSE 10.3 Version: Final Platform: i586 OS/Version: Other Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Network AssignedTo: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: bluedzins@wp.pl QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: --- This is odd, one of my openvpn configuration is really simple (I almost understand it :-)). There just few options -- compression, gateway and... that's pretty much everything. So it was very easy to put it into KNM. But, when I connect manually (from the script) -- it works like it supposed, I can access all network and computers protected by openvpn, but when I set this in KNM I cannot connect anywhere. Maybe I repeat -- KNM establishes openvpn, but after that I cannot connect to normal sites (google, KDE, etc) and I also cannot connect to the net for which I set this openvpn. So it rather works like "shutdown wireless". -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
