I have already seen this once; unscd somehow starts accept()ing on wrong fd
suddenly, accept() fails with EINVAL, unscd goes to a busy poll()-accept()
loop.
So far, there seems to be no way to reproduce this, and I didn't find anything
in the code yet that could trigger this. :(
