The change is good, but I'm afraid I'm going to have to reject the SR
Not only does the patch addition not meet the standard openSUSE patching
guidelines (http://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Packaging_Patches_guidelines) but
the workflow for the branding-openSUSE package is a little different than
normal packages anyway
We normally commit changes to github (
https://github.com/openSUSE/branding/tree/13.2 being the latest branch for the
next release) and then make new branding tarballs from that, which are then
submitted via the Build service
The 'add a patch to the package' approach would be the right way if we wanted
to push this change out as a maintenance release, but in which case the SR
shouldn't be against the branding-openSUSE package in Base System
(http://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Package_maintenance)
I'm merging your changes into our current branch for the next openSUSE release
so these changes will be present in all future releases
Hope this helps
