Unfortunately, yast inst_release_notes help starts the module instead of displaying the help text. Please add the help option to this yast module. A funny side effect is that you can start yast while using bash completion ;-) (See bug 266892 for details, this report is a follow-up of it.) Sidenote: I know that this module is not used in the installed system. However, yast -l lists it and therefore it is also started using the bash completion.
