Despite booting to the 10.3 system (and new Kernel, hopefully), IDE device names are recognized as /dev/hda and /dev/hdb LiveCD boots well, installation in "smooth", but after reboot, the just-installed system writes: Waiting for .... device to appear Neither /dev/hda, nor /dev/hdb exist anymore.
