Probably not for 11.0.
A lot changed and new models were added in latest kernel.
So it is definitely worth trying the next 11.1 Beta version.
If it still does not work, you may want to reopen this bug and we adjust the
product to 11.1 then -> closing as won't fix for 11.0 for now.
As this is a very specific thing (brightness support on specific fsc model(s))
for which I cannot spend that much time, I could bring you in contact with the
fujitsu-laptop driver authors. If you provide them with the right info and help
testing, I expect they are willing to make your machine work with it.
Hmm, if your model's BIOS supports Vista, brightness changing should work
through the generic video.ko driver. But there also a lot fixes came in, so you
may want to: update your BIOS if it's an older one (brightness changing depends
on ACPI -> using latest BIOS is a good idea to start with) and try 11.1.
Sorry for the late reply, there were a lot brightness issuse. It was a big
mess. Things are getting better in latest kernels...
