[Bug 1067697] VirtualBox update to 5.1.30 breaks virtualbox - files owned by wrong userids - root is 100 and 1000 and missing from /etc/permissions

I booted into Leap 42.2 and did a normal update. VirtualBox started normally, To further test, I used YaST to remove all VirtualBox packages, and then reinstalled them. Again, VirtualBox started normally as my normal user. File /usr/bin/VirtualBox (Note spelling) is present, owned by root:root, and has permissions 0755. That is what is expected.
