ATM i dont have access to my openSUSE Box, so i cant provide the specific info you want. But here are some different Outputs on another Box (not running SUSE): lspci: 01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: ATI Technologies Inc RV350 NF [Radeon 9600] some relevant sections from Xorg log: .. (--) PCI:*(1:0:0) ATI Technologies Inc RV350 NF [Radeon 9600] rev 0, Mem @ 0xd8000000/27, 0xe8420000/16, I/O @ 0xc000/8 (--) PCI: (1:0:1) ATI Technologies Inc RV350 NF [Radeon 9600] (Secondary) rev 0, Mem @ 0xe0000000/27, 0xe8430000/16 .. .. Chipset ATI Radeon 9600TX NF (AGP) found .. (--) RADEON(0): Chipset: "ATI Radeon 9600TX NF (AGP)" (ChipID = 0x4e46) ... (II) RADEON(0): Direct rendering enabled ... Versions: X.org 7.1.1 Radeon-Driver 6.6.3 Kernel 2.6.18 The card is a R300, the output from lspci is wrong ;) DRI is relatively stable. Beryl and Compiz (with AIGLX and GLX) are stable. Sorry that i cannot the specific output from Alpha5, but enabling manually (through xorg.conf because in SAX disabled) DRI works there also. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug, or are watching someone who is.
