After a complete fresh DVD installation and updating to the released on
24.11.2009 'radeonhd' the skipped frames are only from time to time and
generally the flash-based videos are working better (though not flawlessly).
However, the flickering is still there and I do not understand why the
developers of 'radeonhd' continue to insist that the driver has tear-free Xv
video decoding, too. Recently I've also talked with some X.Org and Debian
developers and I was advised (by some of them) not to use 'radeonhd' but
'radeon' driver because of the lack of tear-free Xv decoding with it
('radeonhd').
