When trying to scroll to the bottom of the list, however, it is impossible to do so: the scrolling stops dead near the bottom, and I cannot see or select the last option (or options) to resolve the dependency issue. This is not 100 % reproducible - it depends on the number of items in the dependency issue list, which probably has to be quite lengthy.
