OK, then the headphone isn't really detected by the hardware, and there is no
way that the driver knows it. So, in the current situation, adding the model
option is the only workaround.
XP or older alsa-driver worked because it didn't use the headphone detection.
In the latest driver code, the HP detection is mandatory as long as BIOS tells
it's supported, in order to achieve lower power consumptions. The problem is
that the feature doesn't match as BIOS says.
Sorry but I have to close this as FEATURE. The HP detection is a must for
other normal machines...
