I can confirm this bug. I tested on openSUSE 12.1, i586, Systemd, Grub 2 and
all system updates.
It's also annoying, that manual fsck'ing the root filesystem (after seeing fsck
errors during boot) does not work anymore. Even after switching to runlevel "S"
or "1" (init S or init 1), "mount / -o remount,ro" does not work, because of
running processes. I have to boot from rescue disc to fsck the root filesystem.
