https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=350752 Summary: flash-player 9.0.115.0 does not work with Firefox and nspluginwrapper 0.9.91.4 Product: openSUSE 10.3 Version: Final Platform: x86-64 OS/Version: openSUSE 10.3 Status: NEW Severity: Major Priority: P5 - None Component: Firefox AssignedTo: bnc-team-mozilla@forge.provo.novell.com ReportedBy: dg001@t-online.de QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: Other When opening a webpage with flash (e.g. a MySpace website) a Firefox 64 bit version only shows a blank, white space with a flash-player 9.0.115.0 and nspluginwrapper 0.9.91.4. After downgrading to flashplayer 9.0.48.0 and reinstalling it with "sudo nspluginwrapper -i /usr/lib/browser-plugins/libflashplayer.so", flash is working without problems in Firefox. So there must be a problem between the new flash-player 9.0.115.0 and nspluginwrapper 0.9.91.4. The following error messages appeared on the commandline, if this is helpful: *** NSPlugin Wrapper *** ERROR: NPP_NewStream() invoke: Connection closed *** NSPlugin Wrapper *** ERROR: NPP_URLNotify() invoke: Connection closed *** NSPlugin Wrapper *** ERROR: NPP_NewStream() invoke: Connection closed *** NSPlugin Wrapper *** ERROR: NPP_URLNotify() invoke: Connection closed *** NSPlugin Wrapper *** ERROR: NPP_NewStream() invoke: Connection closed *** NSPlugin Wrapper *** ERROR: NPP_URLNotify() invoke: Connection closed *** NSPlugin Wrapper *** ERROR: NPP_Destroy() invoke: Connection closed *** NSPlugin Wrapper *** ERROR: NPClass::Invalidate() invoke: Connection closed *** NSPlugin Wrapper *** ERROR: NPP_Destroy() invoke: Connection closed *** NSPlugin Wrapper *** ERROR: NPClass::Invalidate() invoke: Connection closed *** NSPlugin Wrapper *** ERROR: NP_Shutdown() invoke: Connection closed -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
