I just tried the Factory kernel from:
https://build.opensuse.org/project/show?project=Kernel:HEAD
I didn’t help.
I installed:
kernel-default-2.6.29-rc8.39.1.x86_64.rpm
kernel-default-base-2.6.29-rc8.39.1.x86_64.rpm
kernel-default-extra-2.6.29-rc8.39.1.x86_64.rpm
The problem occurs the same way as it did with the openSUSE 11.1 (update)
kernel.
Messages in /var/log/messages are:
