I've noticed that before during strace but dismissed it as irrelevant because
that appeared also on the dup'ed but non-buggy machines; however it seems I
can't reproduce it on these machines anymore.
Is this a known issue? The only thing I could find is #746704 (c35); when I add
that "pam_loginuid.so" line to my /etc/pam.d/su-l file, the loginuid is correct
for the root case but not for the user login before.
But it seems I can re-enable "pam_systemd.so" in /etc/pam.d/common-session this
way, thank you for gently and patiently nudging me into the right direction!
Is there anything more to do? A better way fix this for the user case?
(Although I'm not seeing a problem there barring the incorrect loginuid.)
