You can see this blog on how to setup Power Management in YaST: http://forums.opensuse.org/blogs/jdmcdaniel3/yast-power-management-control-y... You can check and change your CPU speed Governor setting using this script file here: http://forums.opensuse.org/blogs/jdmcdaniel3/c-f-u-cpu-frequency-utilitiy-ve... Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Setup YaST Power Management as shown here: http://forums.opensuse.org/blogs/jdmcdaniel3/yast-power-management-control-y... 2. Use the Low Latency Computing Setting in Power Management. 3. Reboot your computer and check your present CPU speed with this: http://forums.opensuse.org/blogs/jdmcdaniel3/c-f-u-cpu-frequency-utilitiy-ve... Actual Results: CPU speed is set to OnDemade Governor after a reboot and ignores your YaST Power Management Setting. Expected Results: After selecting Low Latency Computer and doing a reboot, I expect the CPU speed governor to be using Performance. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
