FWIW, 15.3 has the same problem. Switching to the server:monitoring repository
( although I am really hesitant to do that in a production setting ) does not
seem to work due to missing dependencies:
$ zypper dup -r server_monitoring --allow-vendor-change
Loading repository data...
Reading installed packages...
Computing distribution upgrade...
3 Problems:
Problem: nothing provides 'php-curl' needed by the to be installed
