After calling udevadm monitor, I found out it is a problem with the package
bumblebee. The output of udevadm monitor was a lot of lines like these:
KERNEL[146.923230] add /module/nvidia (module)
KERNEL[146.924546] add /bus/pci/drivers/nvidia (drivers)
KERNEL[146.924645] add
/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:01.0/0000:01:00.0/drm/card1 (drm)
KERNEL[146.924683] remove
/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:01.0/0000:01:00.0/drm/card1 (drm)
KERNEL[146.924727] remove /bus/pci/drivers/nvidia (drivers)
UDEV [146.927204] add /bus/pci/drivers/nvidia (drivers)
UDEV [146.927495] add /module/nvidia (module)
UDEV [146.928999] remove /bus/pci/drivers/nvidia (drivers)
KERNEL[146.963324] remove /module/nvidia (module)
UDEV [146.965987] remove /module/nvidia (module)
KERNEL[146.977205] add /module/nvidia (module)
KERNEL[146.978442] add /bus/pci/drivers/nvidia (drivers)
KERNEL[146.978554] add
/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:01.0/0000:01:00.0/drm/card1 (drm)
KERNEL[146.978619] remove
/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:01.0/0000:01:00.0/drm/card1 (drm)
Removing the package bumblebee solved the problem, but now the nvidia driver
doesn't work.
