It has 2 network devices eth0, eth1, tap interface tap0 and bridge br0 between tap0 and eth0. eth0 is not configured and eth1 and br0 have static address. After update boot process stopped at starting network devices and it was hanged for about 10 minutes. After that login prompt appeared, I was able to login, but network was not started and there were many messages about martian packets on unconfigured eth0. When I run systemctl restart network.service network starts to work. I've tried to disable NetworkManager in systemd and there was still 10 minut delay when booting and network had to be manually restarted, but problems with martian packets desappeared. I've tried to uninstall NetworkManager completely, but it didn't help either.
