I tested it. Wow ... that was quick :) It is strange, that while jarwrapper is at first position when you select "run with" Konqueror still use ark when you click on jar file. I see you do not use InitialPreference option in desktop file. I tried to add it but without any success. ark.desktop also do not use this option. @Lubos any idea? this usually happens if the binmisc stuff is already activated ... I will improve the runtime script to avoid this message.
I tested jar files and class files. It worked. Executing class file worked even when execute bit was not set. I am not sure if this is intended.
