I think there's still a bug here, although a slightly different one. After a
fresh install of 13.1 and quasselcore, I get the same error that quasselcore
cannot start due to ""Could not open any network interfaces to listen on".
The service file looks ok, but the problem is that /etc/sysconfig/quasselcore
does not exist at all. What does exist is
/var/adm/fillup-templates/sysconfig.quasselcore which I suppose should have
been used to create the file in /etc/sysconfig ? Copying the file manually
resolves the problem.
I think the problem appeared here:
https://build.opensuse.org/package/rdiff/openSUSE:Factory/quassel?linkrev=base&rev=13
-%{fillup_and_insserv -yn %{name}core %{name}core}
+%service_add_post quasselcore.service
This change removed the "fillup" call which AFAIK is responsible for creating
the sysconfig file.
