See 'systemctl status wicked-dhcp4.service 'for details. and similar for DHCPv4 and AutoIPv4 eventually, after 1 hour or so, I am able to log in but the system is totally unresponsive. after seeing this bug report I reverted to a DHCP network configuration and now my systems are responding normally.
