The file `/etc/modporbe.d/xorg-x11-driver-video' removed to switch on backlight support. The computer does not switch to the powersave scheme corresponding to the power from adapter automatically. The info dialog of the kpowersave reports the AC adapter to be off, though `cat /proc/acpi/ac_adapter/ADP0/state' sais `state: on-line'. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Switch on the computer and log in a user that starts the kpowersave. 2. Look the active scheme and the information dialog. 3. Actual Results: The scheme is "Energy saving", which is configured for the on-battery regime. The screen is dim and CPU is in the dynamic frequency regime. The information dialog reports AC adapter off-line. Expected Results: The scheme is "Productivity", which is configured for the AC adapter regime. The screen is bright and CPU is at the highest frequency.
