Hello Thomas,
the Problem is not btrfs this is only a test, but the Problem is the mdadm
window by a fresh installation.
When i say "no" use existing configuration (Bios) YaST2 configure a mdadm
config ?
After a, "reread" the disks I have a iwl-xxxxxxxxxx config?
A test with mdadm enabled bring the same result no boot partition
It is not possible to create Partitions with or without mdadm, I hope I
remember correct, it is always a Error -3001?
the YaST2.log from the 12.1 installation have a /boot Partition and a /root (/)
Partition but the root Partition is not found?
I have no kernel Log no root Partition, but I have a menu.lst
I mean the menu.lst must have a boot=/dev/mdadm125xxx or
boot=/dev/mapper/iwl-xxxxxx ??
I have also Problems with SP2 I have make a SR # 10713987891 for this Problem
