2) The intention is to keep windows partitions as much as possible. Unfortunately, recovery partitions are not treated specially. Maybe even extend this to all 'hidden' partitions.
Ancor, what do think (about 2)?
I have been waiting bug reports about it since the very same day we decided to consider that "Windows Partitions" are only those partitions with a bootable Windows, instead of any Windows-like partition (i.e. all NTFS ones). I don't know what the users really expect. If you ask me, I would broaden a lot what is considered to be part of Windows. But that's only my view.
