It has an ATI graphics card and is using the radeonhd driver. lspci lists the card as: 01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: ATI Technologies Inc RV515GL [FireGL V3300] (Primary) Desktop effects are turned on and most everything in this respect seems to be working. When I start googleearth, my KDE session immediately stops, and I am at the KDM login. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install google earth on a system as described above. 2. Start google earth. 3. Actual Results: KDE session exits immediately Expected Results: A place to view my KML files. I am using xorg-x11-driver-video-radeonhd-1.3.0_20091124_6387ab4-4.1.i586, as it is needed to avoid system freeze when desktop effects are enabled. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
