Thanks it did.
Would it not be more user friendly to have Evolution either notify upon startup
that filters exist for accounts which do not or have a way for Evolution to
match up filters with accounts with different uids, yet the same account
names/password/etc?
When I upgraded from opensuse 10.2 to opensuse 10.3 I backed up my home
directory to /home/jhhudso/old. I then manually copied settings I knew I wanted
to keep such as gaim's (now pidgin) and I tried to copy evolution's settings.
However it is unclear what all needs to be copied. Evolution seems to use a
combination of .gconf/ and .evolution/ to store preferences. Copying both
caused me to still have my filters but not my accounts. I recreated my
accounts, which creaded new uid (unknowingly to me) and then my filters failed.
