The problem is located at kernel level. The client hello write succeeds and the
full 517 bytes written are returned. For openssl there is no error and it jumps
into server hello reading.
The client hello is what is repeated in the tcpdump but the server does not
react on it any more.
+CC: mkoutny, mkubecek
@both Michal: Can you please check the tcpdump? Is there anything which can be
done at kernel level against this? TIA
