I've this Problem since I updated (with CD) from 11.2 to 11.3 and then reinstalled the proprietary nvidia driver. The comes whenn I do some GPU things (Play a Flash video tutorial and do something in blender) or whenn the System is almost idle and i only Open my Filemanager... I installed the proprietary nvidia driver (256.53), while I was installing it I had some problems with nouveau.
