If this is like the last time we saw something like this (see bug #140420), the card wedges, which causes a timeout on the bus, and an MCA is raised. If I'm interpreting it correctly, that would make the register offset 0x03c8 which in radeon_reg.h looks like RADEON_FP_V2_SYNC_STRT_WID? The MCA record shows an iip of 0xa000000100077a40. What function is this in your System.map? This may tell us if timed out on a read or write to this location.
