And yes, if you did boot the system without SELinux active, you need to relabel with the next "normal" boot. There is a commandline option (autorelabel) to tell the system to do a full relabel for this cases. It cannot get enough time slots to fit the required bandwidth. However, since you describe issues with lag and other devices not working you might still have bandwidth issues. If you have anything else connected to the DOCK then try unplugging that (USB, ethernet, audio) to see if that helps. After upgrading to Leap 15.6 the svn client won't connect to our https server anymore. Enabling different crypto policies (/etc/crypto-policies/config) on server and client didn't solve the problem. strace, tcpdump and apache logging only shows that the client is closing the connection during tls handshake.
