It just asks for trouble. I mean you would also need to install older matching kernel-default-devel packages. Otherwise needed kernel symbols won't match. Also we can't use environment variables to use gcc-13 as default. Providing packages for TW is already a fragile task. I was having crashing a day before or more than the forum thread even. So I guess that overlap was pretty big.
