I uninstalled the extension pack when troubleshooting the issue, there was no difference without extension pack. Today I installed the corresponding extension pack and same issue. This Virtualbox install is running fine for some years now with all files and configuration outside the OS with symlinks to the right places. I have a shadow install of Tumbleweed on another partition which lags behind in updates so I can continue in case of trouble, and that one has no problem starting guests, so it must be in the last few weeks that there has been a change in Tumbleweed, my main install is always up-to-date. So it could have to do with the latest kernel release or some security hardening applied by Opensuse, I don't know, but the only thing that enables me to start any vm is by having the symlink to the mentioned libraries. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.

It is always manual effort to add a .torrent file to the tracker and ensure it is seeded. And when isos update every day, it is not useful anyway. I second Bernhard on that.
