In general, pipewire is preferred over PulseAudio for the newer system, as it has a full compatibility with PA. Please try to install pipewire-pulseaudio package. % zypper in pipewire-pulseaudio This will replace pulseaudio and co with the own subsystem. After the package installation, reboot, and retest. It means that the backport of the commit 39bd801d6908900e9ab0cdc2655150f95ddd4f1a ASoC: soc-pcm: Don't zero TDM masks in __soc_pcm_open() is the culprit. I already pushed the revert to SLE15-SP4 git branch, so that the fix will be included in the next update kernel.
