The reason for this seems to be that the Noto Sans switched from ttf to otf font files. In general, now it looks much worse than it was before. It would be great to fix the current look of this font as it was before the update. Problem discovered when upgrading from 4.15.5 version of samba files to 4.15.7 tested on 3 separate machines, and they all exhibit the same behaviour.
