The initrd is rebuilt when kernel-default-extra is removed, as at that time there's no way to know that kernel-default is also going to be removed. But the symlink is only created if systemd-resolved runs as root, but this does never happen, as systemd-resolved is run as it's own user. So we can drop this patch in every case as since it cannot work.
