I couldn't find any mention about reporting bugs, and followed the Contribute link to and was directed to the lin: https://en.opensuse.org/Portal:How_to_participate Here I found mention of submitting feature requests. Figuring that could point to the same bugzilla system, I followed that link: https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Submitting_feature_requests This topic refers to openSUSE Leap 15.1 as the one currently in development, and does not have links for 15.2 or 15.3. On a later visit I found that the link: https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Submitting_bug_reports has the links to the current releases.
