As an example, by default libvirt-tck will build a fedora34 based image to use for its various tests with something like virt-builder --install dsniff --selinux-relabel --root-password password:123456 --ssh-inject root:file:/var/cache/libvirt-tck/ssh/id_rsa.pub --output /var/cache/libvirt-tck/os-x86_64-hvm/disk-fedora-34.img --memsize 1024 fedora-34 Them image build process fails when trying to install the dsniff package error: Curl error (6): Couldn't resolve host name for https://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/metalink?repo=fedora-cisco- openh264-34&arch=x86_64 [Could not resolve host: mirrors.fedoraproject.org] ... virt-builder: error: dnf --verbose -y install 'dsniff': command exited with an error Apparently there is a network problem within the libguestfs appliance used to install packages in the image. QWERTY, but seems to be the case for all Czech variants) added in your KDE Keyboard Layouts settings it results in Alt+a key combination not working. And the Czech layout does not even have to be the currently active one, it just needs to be in the list! I had English (US) and Czech (QWERTY) -> then Alt+a does not work. When I removed the Czech one -> it works. When I added German to that English one -> it also works. When I had all three - English, German and Czech -> does not work. The Czech is a problem. I have noticed it in Emacs (where it should move the cursor to the start of sentence), but it also does not work in eg. Blender (where it should start/stop playing animation). Don't know whether the Alt+a combination is the only problem (for example Alt+e works). I am using default KDE shorcuts - no customization in this regards. The problem was already replicated by other users and seems it is a problem in other OpenSuse variants too, not just Tumbleweed. On the Network settings page it offers ARM Ethernet controller as wlan0, and showing all WIFI options, but it does not find any wireless network. I could add manually an ethernet device eth0, which then enables to add online-repositories. Reloading PID1 is a quite expensive operation therefore it would be nice if this number could be reduced at its minimum and thus helping improving the boot process. Please note that enabling or disabling a unit implies a reload of PID1. If a batch of units needs to be enabled/disabled, it would be better to reload PID1 only at the end of the whole operation (see systemctl "--no-reload" option).
