Installed a fresh TW 20200905, using NET installer * Server (Textmode) upon finishing, I did "zypper in --no-recommends gnome-keyring-pam"; gnome_keyring was properly registered in common-auth, common-password and common-session, no other file was touched in /etc/pam.d and things look still reasonable and normal. For the resolver however, which operates based on jobs, the lock (the jobs preventing the package from being installed or removed) is a deeper layer. The solver offers to drop the blocking job (the lock) or to drop the user request leading to it.
