Quite often, it seems to happen with the following use case: 1. KDE/Plasma: do suspend or hibernate 2. wait for suspending / powering off 3. Wake / turn on computer 4. Observe KMenu But, it seems the options are still present in the full-screen shutdown selections. All packages in TW were AFAIK already fixed to deal with that.
