So far most remaining packages have been fixed and it would be nice if installation-images could updated to drops its few calls to insserv. It shouldn't be difficult given the fact that we made sure to convert all packages so they ship only systemd unit files. So far I believe that the two identified patches have made swapping much more probable under stream IO. Upstream kernel behaves differently because of later changes. The state we have in 15.2 kernels is half baked and therefore I would rather like to restore the previous behavior.
