This works fine on other distros but does not work on OpenSUSE. If I run $ fc-match -v 'IBM Plex Mono' I get fontfeatures: "ss03"(w) listed so I can see that fontconfig knows I've specified the feature but it will not display on Konsole, Kate, or even Xterm (just to ensure the issue is not DE apps ignoring the setting).
