For some reason sphinx-build appears to require python-attrs now, but this is not reflected in the rpm. Thus OBS does not know about this dependency and leaves out python-attrs out of the buildroot (thereby causing the above error). I'm not using KDE, I'm a fvwm2+lsxession user. In this specific instance, I working on this IBS project/package: https://build.suse.de/package/show/home:bfrogers:branches:Devel:Virt:SLE-15…). The file passed has content I want automatically added to qemu.changes or qemu-linux-user.changes.
