From the command line it produced the following error: -------- Initializing nautilus-dropbox 2.10.0 ** ERROR:nautilus-canvas-container.c:6033:finish_adding_new_icons: assertion failed: (!container->details->auto_layout) Abortado ('core' generado) -------- I had to delete ~/.local/share/nautilus to fix the error. It is impossible to boot this laptop from _any_ opensuse leap boot medium. I tested opensuse leap 15.0, opensuse leap life 15.0, opensuse tumbleweed. The sticks were written either using dd or pv via dd if=image.iso of=/dev/sdX or pv < image.iso > /dev/sdX "X" being one of a,b,c,d, whatever is appropriate. Remarks: - ALL sticks boot fine on other computers, it is _not_ an issue of the stick - UBUNTU 18.04 boots & installs just fine on the Medion Akoya 2294 (using the identical stick with UBUNTU image...) What is apparent: in the setup one finds four different entries on opensuse to boot from, none of them work. In contrast, with UBUNTU there are only 2 entries to boot from, the one that was selected by default works ok. Quitting the setup manu makes the system hang - infinitly - when trying to boot the opensuse stick. In contrast, the ubuntu stick works and installs flawlessly. Please see pictures of the related setup menus attached. One time ubuntu, one time opensuse leap. Apparently there is a misdetection of the stick - due to whatever reason.
