The attached screenshot was taken at a time when no applications (other than ksnapshot, obviously!) were running. Apparently this Dutch documentation should be in /usr/share/doc/HTML/nl/systemsettings/, instead it is in /usr/share/doc-bundle/HTML/nl/systemsettings/ and comes from the package bundle-lang-kde-nl. One would expect the docbook in English to be in /usr/share/doc-bundle/HTML/en/ however it is in /usr/share/doc/HTML/en/ and comes with the package systemsettings5. In my view the package bundle-lang-kde-nl should put the files in /usr/share/doc/ and not in /usr/share/doc-bundle/. Apparently for Dutch both folders contain different versions for kioslave5 and kcontrol5. I tried with usb-key attached to PC directly and via usb-hub. Reporting because I did not find this as open bug although it is surely known to the devs. Thanks to Viljo Mustonen who confirmed my doubt. Please find attach the oops and lscpi output. As a workaround, one can pass 'brokenmodules=nouveau' to the kernel command line. Especially /etc/hostname will not contain anything useful anymore. The fallback to linux.local also looks fishy. IMO config.postfix should just not set anything if $POSTFIX_MYHOSTNAME is not set.
