The system just freezes. After a hard shutdown, the system stucks on the boot screen for long. The loading bar eventually disappears and there is only a black screen and the mouse pointer (which is movable), thus making the system unusable. If, let's say, I press ctrl+alt+backspace twice I get to logout correctly and try again (but with the same results). I used snapper to go to a previous snapshot before the update and tried again, same thing happened. I also did a fresh opensuse installation in a virtual machine. If I start the service before, it works as expected and the nfs share is directly accessible on select from dolphin The problem is that even if I execute systemctl enable rpc-statd.service it says that it is on disable state and doesn't start on reboot. With your provided steps, I was able to reproduce the issue. On further testing, I discovered that it is not a unique issue to our Bugzilla, as I was able to replicate the problem on a number of other Bugzilla sites, as well as with a stock working copy version. However, since they use the stock authentication, the condition is only replicated if the link is opened in a new window or tab, as a normal click pops up a set of input fields that, when populated, loads a different URL instead. I will be working with my fellow members of the Bugzilla project to get this corrected.
