I found found found the system setting for KDE4 is not fully compatible with KDE5 specially with keyboard setting. and I also found out by default Application launcher run setting for KDE4 systemsettings in stand of setting for KDE5 systemsettings5. At least to me. A secondary reason for those hosts entries is interference with working around bug 646418. Bugzilla.opensuse.org's styles are different from the other two tracker faces.
