When I originally booted, there was no network. I switched to NetworkManager, and now have network. However, there is no "/etc/resolv.conf" other than the one that I hastily created with a text editor. There was a message about "wicked" on startup. Since I am using NetworkManager, I don't know what that is about. There is no "/var/log/messages". And "dmesg" does not have anything about "wicked". In short, something is broken about the networking. Switching to openGL 3.1 and EGL fixes the issue Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Set compositor to use openGL 2.0 and GLX 2. Switch Workspaces 3. I tested an upgrade from 4.1 to 4.3 on my 13.1 system now, and all worked well: "rpm -V libreoffice" detects no missong files, and the online help works fine. Thank you! I'm keeping the NEEDINFO state though for the reporter. Btw, can the fix be applied to LibreOffice:42 as well, please? That led me to this snippet: [Ruby] yast2/systemd_unit.rb:125 `systemctl enable display-manager.service ` ShellCommand.cc(shellcommand):78 Failed to execute operation: No such file or directory Running the command manually, I see: sled1:/home/jeffm # systemctl enable display-manager.service Failed to execute operation: No such file or directory Inside display-manager.service, I see: Also: xdm.service ... but xdm.service isn't offered anywhere. To be clear, if your install was tainted in any way (already tried the repo) you need to uninstall libreoffice first and then install again. But if you have clean install of 4.1 from openSUSE-13.1 then the migration should work just fine.
