Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. start dhcpd 2. run dhcpcd-test from another computer 3. observe it failing w/o getting an answer 4. check with netstat -ulpn|grep dhcp that the dhcp server listens on two random udp ports but *not* on port 67 Actual Results: running a dhcp server with openSUSE 12.3 does not work at all.
